Baileigh Industrial offers the most extensive tube bender line with seventeen models to choose from. We offer a manual tubing bender line with four models to choose from with capacities ranging up to 2-1/2 inch tubing. We offer hydraulic machines with optional programmers with capacities up to 3 inch Schedule 40 pipe, perfect for structural fabrication projects like hand railing applications. The programmable pipe bender line has six models to choose from and can be programmed with up to 177 programs with up to 10 bends per program. An optional indexing table can be added for bend angles on varying planes. Some of our programmable machines can bend in either direction as well as create 360 degree parts like eyelets. Finally we have an exhaust tube bender line that consists of a ram compression style machine for standard exhaust repairs or creation, as well as a mandrel bender for exhaust, turbos, air intakes and headers, perfect for the fabricator catering to the performance enthusiast.
Baileigh has a complete roll bender line that has nine models to choose from with capacities from ¼ inch round up to 5.5 inch Schedule 40. The line up consists of manual machines, powered single pinch roll benders with manual down feed, powered single pinch with hydraulic down feed and fully hydraulic double pinch machines as well. Baileigh’s pipe notcher line conisists of nine machines from manual models, up to an eccentric end mill style tubing notcher. Our manual wall mount machines are perfect for maintenance departments, while the electric punch style machine is a great addition to play ground equipment manufacturers for straight notches. We offer many different tube notcher styles that are perfect for the structural fabricator or auto chassis builder. Baileigh has the right tube and pipe notcher for almost any application and almost any budget.
Finally we offer a fantastic welding positioner line for those fabricators who need to TIG weld or braze round items. Our welding positioners have a powerful DC variable speed drive that can be controlled by foot pedal. The compact design comes mounted on a heavy base with casters that allows it to be stowed when not in use. This weld positioner can handle 250 lbs in the vertical position and 200 lbs in the horizontal position.
