When I began my search for a tubing bender I didn't know what type of bender I was looking for, what brand of bender, let alone did I know much about tubing benders at all. "I am head supervisor and floor boss for a large aviation structures support shop. Our tooling had not been updated in years, and was just not meeting our requirements anymore. The search for a well made shrinker/stretcher was on! I found quite a few different brands, but none that looked like it would hold up to daily use. Finally I came across the MSS-16F combo from Baileigh. I ordered it with the optional aluminum jaws because 90% of our work is fabricating aluminum ribs, skins, and structures. The aluminum jaws are very low marring, but extremely strong. It's compact design saves floor space, and heavy duty construction stands up to repeated use. "I bought the BS-210 about three years ago. I shopped forever before buying. I absolutely know I made the right choice. It miters to 60 degrees, has 6.5x8 capacity, flood coolant, variable speed, auto shutoff, hydraulic descent. I threw the blade that came with it in the trash on day one and installed a high quality blade. That blade just broke two months ago. I can cut slices of tube about .015 thick with this saw. I regularly cut components that will go to the lathe for facing at just +.020. It cuts that accurately! I work between the saw and other operations all the time. Just start the cut and walk away. It might be a little more expensive than what you were planning to spend but, you will certainly get your moneys worth."

Strategic Marine Mexico purchased the RDB-100 tube bender a few weeks ago and we are very satisfied with the product and the engineering of this tool. The customer service we received from the Baileigh team was excellent, from purchasing the right equipment for our needs to delivery all the way down to Mexico.
Just wanted to say thanks for my new shrinker stretcher from Baileigh Industrial. It was a very difficult decision picking a tool from such a great selection. As you might have seen in some of the pictures in my posts, I already use their shrinker stretcher. and the bottom line is it works. I wanted to pick something that I would use a lot, and so far I've used this tool on every panel I've made for Johns 27 T. The reason why I chose another one is because now I can leave the shrinking jaws in one and the stretching jaws in the other. I have used many different kinds of these tools and this one is definitely the best bang for the buck. It does 18 gauge steel no problem and that's what I need since that is what i am most commonly using. most of them out there can stretch but any one under 1200 bucks that i have used cant shrink 18 gauge worth squat. Take it from me I'm about as hard as they come on tools and this one works like the day I got it. Thanks Baileigh, I'm sure I will be using it every day.
My school district purchased the RM-10 Roll Bender through a grant process. Since we have received the machine my students have learned a great deal and are excited about using it. The RM-10 is so easy to use even for beginners. I would recommend it to anyone.
I am pleased to report excellent performance for our two new band saws. Our Metal Shop Supervisor was so impressed with the Baileigh BS-260-M's performance that our company immediately added a second saw, the BS-210-M, to our design and development department. All in all, I am pleased to say that Baileigh band saws are of benefit to our design and fabrication divisions. We are budgeting for additional Baileigh equipment in the next business quarter. Cold Saw - Our new CS-350 cold saw has performed flawlessly. The 14" diameter blade has increased our cold sawing capacity over our old 11" models. It's nice to be ale to run some mid-range material through the Baileigh cold saw without having to put it up on the large band saw. The CS-350 has been a great addition to our fabrication shop!
I am the director of the company. We have now got a number of Baileigh machines and are looking at others. So far we have a 150 bender (and are looking at the 350) a pipe notcher as well as a corner notcher a m50 rolling machine a band saw and are still awaiting a second one as well as a good range of tooling.

"We purchased our RM-10 at the end of 2006 from M-Tech sales in Chicago. The packaging and palleting of the machine immediately caught our attention, it was done right! When we finally got the machine up on its stand we were impressed by the size and rigidity of the main casting, it was stout! The gears, bearing and shafts were of equal size and strength. Although the machine easily rolled the 1" schedule 40 aluminum pipe for the job we purchased it for it wasn't long until we were trying all kinds of different shapes and materials. "We have had a smaller metal band saw for approximately 10 years. It would not cut square either vertically or horizontally. I became so disgusted with it that we began looking for a better saw. After checking with several companies we decided on the Baileigh BS-260M which we purchased February 21, 2007. For our small Iron Works company the Baileigh saw represented a major investment but one of our best. After our son used the saw the first day it became our primary saw for the shop, the cut-off saw hardly gets used now. "We looked a long time at all the band saws on the market and just couldn't find what we wanted at a decent price. We needed a sturdy saw but our demands didn't require a large production type saw. Also, we have a very clean type shop environment and couldn't have coolant and chips all over the floor every time the saw turned on. Another important feature was a gear drive head and most saws in this price range were belt driven - I have personally had bad experiences with those. Then we found Baileigh Industrial and their BS-250M Band Saw really had it all and also some other features you will not find on other models. "Thanks for the help with the foot pedal/rotation. Recently my partner and I had a need for a roll bender and contacted Eagle, Ercolina, and Baileigh. Eagle's salesman told us that the CP-20 bench top unit would take care of all of our needs without any special tooling and sold for $3300. We were a little concerned because of the wide range between our biggest diameter and smallest. Also Eagle's rep had some confusion going on between diameter and radius. Next we went to Ercolina which happens to be in our home town. They were very professional but there only offering was in the $6000 to $7000 dollar range without tooling. They said that their machine was the best, but our quantity requirements could not justify that kind of money. Next we contacted Baileigh and talked to a sales representative. The sales representative did not have all of the answers but the sales representative talked to the engineers and got back to us with a machine and tooling costs.
We liked the machine and the tooling made sense since we had three different diameters to bend. The sales representative talked to the engineers again and came up with tooling that could handle all three diameters with only one set of tooling. This made sense to us. One set of tooling means we have no time to figure in to our costs with respect to diameter changes. Once we made the deal customer service called us with a tracking number and shipped the machine. The machine came two days later and was on a pallet securely bolted down. After we placed the machine and hooked up the electrical's, we found that our machine rotated backwards with respect to the foot pedals. We did not even get a chance to call Baileigh about the rotation issue because the sales representative called to see how everything was going and immediately transferred me to the tech department and the tech department emailed the fix over to me while I was still on the line. My partner and I feel that we have the right machine for the job and Baileigh has made us feel that we bought it from the right company."
