Machine Head - Dick Jobe
"As an owner of a highly specialized machine and fabrication shop producing custom architectural elements, artwork and an assortment of detailed metal products, I am pleased to have found Baileigh Industrial, Inc. Not only am I impressed with the quality of the tools and their capability of performing many applications, with the help of an array of tooling sizes, but I am equally happy with the technical service from Brennon and the technical support and information I received from Kym. Several years ago I purchased a R-M50 Ring Roller and had a problem with fluid leaking from the drive system. Brennon went beyond my expectations in helping me to fix the problem. His technical knowledge and ability to communicate are excellent. I have since bought a PR-409 Plate roll, a RDB-175 Tube Bender and a TN-800 Tubing Notcher from Baileigh Industrial, Inc and was able to order all the correct tooling sizes with Kym’s assistance. She is wonderful to work with and is a great help keeping me stay within my budget. I would highly recommend Baileigh Industrial, Inc and its staff to anyone."

Allied Metals - Mark Miller
"We would like to thank your company; especially Kym Rouleau; for being so helpful and informative on our purchase or the PR-510 plate roll machine. She did an excellent job of getting any information that we requested to us in a timely manner; and it was an extreme pleasure dealing with her. Thanks again and we will definitely keep you all in mind for any future machinery needs that come up"

Hank Watzka - Van Lanen Mfg.
"Kym and the staff at Baileigh were very friendly and helpful. From our original phone conversation to our model demo, Kym was informative & knowledgeable. Knowing the TN-800 was made here locally with a reputation for quality, we felt it was a must have. Kym worked hard through the sale to make sure our satisfaction was guaranteed."

Michael Seymour - Horizon Tool Inc.
"We are truly happy with your product. This unit has tripled our production. All in all, we would highly recommend it to anyone. The price could not be beat on a new machine!"

Loyd Smith - Weldreel.com
"I was actually building my own ring roller because I could not find a reasonably priced unit. One night I was surfing and found Baileigh, I called the next day talked to Kym (A great representative) ordered my machine on a Friday afternoon, after 3 pm! Received the machine Tuesday morning!!! That is service! I am in the process of adding my own power to this machine. The company is great, the service is great and the people are great, what else can I say? The price was great!"

Buzz Morasca - Toobs Inc
"We purchased our RM-10 at the end of 2006 from M-Tech sales in Chicago. The packaging and palleting of the machine immediately caught our attention, it was done right! When we finally got the machine up on its stand we were impressed by the size and rigidity of the main casting, it was stout! The gears, bearing and shafts were of equal size and strength. Although the machine easily rolled the 1" schedule 40 aluminum pipe for the job we purchased it for it wasn't long until we were trying all kinds of different shapes and materials. Let's just say our creative juices are flowing! The RM-10 is a perfect addition to any shop that needs a back up solution for many rolling jobs but doesn't need to make the investment in a larger powered machine."

Dave Bost - Metalworx
"I recently purchased the BS-210M Horizontal Bandsaw. I'm so impressed with the precision of this saw. The first cut I made was a 45° on 2" x ¼ angle. It split the vertical leg of the angle, and left a sliver .035" thick. I will definitely buy Baileigh again!"

Virgil Lehmkuhler
"We have had a smaller metal band saw for approimately 10 years. It would not cut square either vertically or horizontally. I became so disgusted with it that we began looking for a better saw. After checking with several companies we decided on the Baileigh BS-260M which we purchased Febuary 21, 2007. For our small Iron Works company the Baileigh saw represented a major investment but one of our best. After our son used the saw the first day it became our primary saw for the shop, the cut-off saw hardly gets used now. All the controls are very convenient and it is so nice to be able to move the saw head and not the work for angle cuts. WHAT A GREAT SAW!"

Steel Reality Mfg. - Jeff Carlson
"We looked a long time at all the band saws on the market and just couldn't find what we wanted at a decent price. We needed a sturdy saw but our demands didn't require a large production type saw. Also, we have a very clean type shop environment and couldn't have coolant and chpis all over the floor every time the saw turned on. Another important feature was a gear drive head and most saws in this price range were belt driven - I have personally had bad experiences with those. Then we found Baileigh Industrial and their BS-250M Band Saw really had it all and also some other features you will not find on other models. I would recommend this saw to anyone who wants a great piece of equipment that will be a true value to your shop. Another bonus was the saw's working height - not that important at the time, but I have come to love the fact that I and others don't have to be crouched over while at the saw.

"Great machine! The TN-800 should increase production as it streamlines our process on stair rail. Kym deserves a pat on the back for her sales pitch!"

"Brennon, Thanks for the help with the foot pedal/rotation. Recently my partner and I had a need for a roll bender and contacted Eagle, Ercolina, and Baileigh. Eagle's salesman told us that the CP-20 bench top unit would take care of all of our needs without any special tooling and sold for $3300. We were a little concerned because of the wide range between our biggest diameter and smallest. Also Eagle's rep had some confusion going on between diameter and radius. Next we went to Ercolina which happens to be in our home town. They were very professional but there only offering was in the $6000 to $7000 dollar range without tooling. They said that their machine was the best, but our quantity requirements could not justify that kind of money. Next we contacted Baleigh and talked to Kym. Kym did not have all of the answers but she talked to her engineers and got back to us with a machine and tooling costs.
We liked the machine and the tooling made sense since we had three different diameters to bend. Kym talked to her engineers again and came up with tooling that could handle all three diameters with only one set of tooling. This made sense to us. One set of tooling means we have no time to figure in to our costs with respect to diameter changes. Once we made the deal Jim in customer service called us with a tracking number and shipped the machine. The machine came in two days later and was on a pallet securely bolted down. After we placed the machine and hooked up the electrical's we found that our machine rotated backwards with respect to the foot pedals. We did not even get a chance to call Baleigh about the rotation issue because Kym called to see how everything was going and she immediately transferred me to Brennon in tech and he emailed the fix over to me while I was still on the line. My partner and I feel that we have the right machine for the job and Baleigh has made us feel that we bought it from the right company."

"I purchased the 150-AS pipe bender, M35-F roll bender, and BS-260M band saw. They sure have made our job easier, quicker, and more profitable. I definitely would recommend their products."

Paul Kubenik
"One of H. Kubenik Mechanical, Inc's specialties is making custom guardrail, handrail, and decorative fencing. This type of work is very labor intensive and we needed a way to speed things up. The electric tube \ pipe notcher model 800 by Rusch Machine and Design was just what we were looking for. This machine gives us the opportunity to create high quality fabrication in less time. Not only does it notch the pipe at a 90-degree angle but at any angle you could ever need. It allows for better welding, a cleaner look, and ultimately a better product. You just can't go wrong with this machine."

Dirty South Choppers, Inc.
"We are real pleased with our purchase of the R-M30 pyramid roller, shipping was real fast with no waiting period. All our questions were answered and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Our needs were for a machine to roll a radius in 1-1/4" .120 wall tubing and 1-3/4" .120 wall tubing and am very impressed at how easy this machine did the job. Very clean and fast, when we are ready to get a second machine we will be back to get it from here."

P&D Metal Works Inc.
"We have been struggling with 90° consistent bends on 2" Stainless Sch 40 Pipe, we purchased a RMD 350 bender and solved our problem. The staff was excellent to work with, they even let us bring in pipe to test the machine. Also purchased a notcher, notches fit every time, Excellent."

Morgan Manifold Systems
"Our need to bend very thick brass pipe, schedule 160, limited our choices in pipe bending equipment. After working with the staff at Baileigh, we decided to purchase the model 100 pipe bender. We are pleased with the results we get with it. The simple design makes it easy to use. Its rugged construction will serve us well for many years."

Airfox Inc.
"I have purchased four machines from Baileigh and found their machines to be of top quality, made with pride, and designed to last."

Custom Power Stools
"Bought two machines at the same time, Model 800 Tubing Notcher and a Model 200 Tubing Bender with an index table. Both machines work perfectly, but if you need to make multiple accurate bends on a single piece of work the index table is the way to go. All my power stools are bent, notched, and welded perfectly, thanks to Baileigh."

Lew's Welding Service
"Excellent machine, easy and quick setup. It makes nice smooth bends with no kinks on the inside, as compared to muffler type benders. Great technical staff able to answer all of our questions."

Hurst Welding Inc.
"We purchased our Model 300 with indexing table about a year and a half ago & the thing I like about it is the accuracy and repeatability of bends. You simply set your stops, insert the pipe or tube & you're ready to go. Great for production work. Instead of fiddling with a protractor before every bend, now we just turn a dial to our desired degree and go."

Jim's Welding & Fabrication
"Our model 150 bender couldn't work better. We bend alot of square aluminum for railings. Bends look like they were bent on a mandrel bender, very satisfied."

Propulsion Controls Eng.
"We purchased the RDB-300 pipe bender for superior, american made quality, and performance. This machine makes top quality bends with no kinking or wrinkles, simple to use and setup. We are thoroughly pleased with this machine."

Oostman Fabricating
"Initially we were not sure if we wanted to spend the money for this Model 150 bender, with all the cheaper benders on the market (money and qualtiy wise) but we did and we are 110% satisfied. The bender is used for handrails, rollcages, bikeframes, and the ocassional "How are we going to bend this?" job. Its a high quality machine and we would highly recommend it."

Pam Freeland
"Hello,
I am writing in hopes that you might be able to send my daughter some free things---her name is Baileigh, also, and 12 years ago when she was born, there were no other name spellings like hers. She was so excited when we were watching CMT's Trick My Truck one night and she saw a sign on the wall with "her" name in print! She has never been able to get pencils or rulers or anything with her name on it "off the rack" so I was hoping that maybe you might have a hat or some stickers or anything that she could hang in her room. Thank you for your cooperation."
