Like all RMD machines, our rotary positioning table is heavily constructed and designed with the operator in mine, meaning more value for the investment.

10' Tube Positioning table extension can be fitted to the Model 200-S, 300-S & P, 350, and 400-S.  A 15' foot table is optional for longer pieces of stock.  The rotary positioning table can easily be fitted to the bender and taken off when not required for less complex bends.  The benders, as well as the tube positioning table are on wheels so they can be rolled to another area of the shop if needed.  When using a rotary positioning table it is important to level the bender and positioning table.  The tube positioning table does have a leveling adjustment carriage for this function.

The IDX-10 positioning table allows accurate positioning of each bend in its corresponding plane (0-360 degrees) via adjustments made to calibrated rotary chuck assembly. The rotary chuck assembly opens up enough for tube or pipe with an OD up to 3" (allowing operators to utilize tubing longer than table length). A linear scale is available with mechanical stops for the exact distance between bends for accurate repeatability.
