Combination Shear Brake and Roll
To kick off this segment of sheet metal equipment we start with a great combination shear brake roll line. These machines combine a
metal shear, press brake, and slip roll in one small compact machine in 20 and 16 gauge models with varying widths from 30 up to 52 inches wide. The combination brake roll shear is the perfect machine for the home fabricator or small fabrication shop with limited production. These are very affordable and built to very high quality standards for years of service.
Bead Rollers
We offer a superb bead roller line that includes three models from 22 to 16 gauge mild steel with throat depths from 7” to 36 inch deep. Some of the bead rollers are manually driven, while the heavier 16 gauge bead roller has an electronic transmission so working with larger panels is a breeze.
Sheet Metal Notcher
The sheet metal notcher line consists of several versions. We offer 16-gauge hand and foot operated corner notcher machines that are perfect for any small fabrication shop. We also have a hydraulic sheet metal notcher line that can handle up to 6 mm mild steel, in fixed or variable angle designs. These latter two are great using fabricators that work with a lot of custom jobs for mild steel or stainless steel.
Pittsburgh Machine
We have a strong 20 gauge Pittsburgh machine that is perfect for any HVAC shop. The standard lock formed is 5/16 up to 3/8 inch pocket depth. We offer double seam, cleat, angle rolls, as well as a powerful flange attachment as complementary options. Baileigh Pittsburgh machines offer years of service at an affordable price.
Sheet Metal Shears
Baileigh offers many sheet metal shear machines to cover almost any application at hand. We are considered a standard in many HVAC shops, as well as small to large fabrication shops. Sheet Metal Brakes
Our sheet metal brakes come in sizes from 22 to 157 inches wide, in box and pan styles as well as straight hand brakes. We offer manual leaf style machines as well as hydraulic models that are programmable. Our sheet metal brake line offers capacities from 22 to 10 gauge models to fit most HVAC and fabrication applications. We pride our self in having most of these machines IN STOCK. Slip Roll Line
We have a common sense slip roll line that has 22 gauge versions up 16 gauge models in widths from 12 up to 50 inches wide. Our slip roller line has hardened slip rolls with 3 wire grooves. Many models come with floor stands, while others are bench mounted. We offer machines that are to be manually cranked, as well as offer an electric driven slip roll for higher production.
Plate Roll Line
Our plate roll line consists of versions from 4 to 10 foot in length with gauges as light as 14 and as heavy as 3 gauge mild steel. This line comes in electric and hydraulically driven machines in single pinch versions, as well as double pinch versions for higher productivity. Baileigh plate rolls are typically in stock for shipments within 72 hours of a complete order.
Chamfering Machine
We offer a handy chamfering machine for beveling the edges of bar stock. These chamfering machines are great for preparing weld joints.
