Our semi-automatic vertical column cold saw line consists of three heavy-duty versions that have been designed and constructed to the highest quality standards in the market. The heavy-duty design consists of massive hardened and ground boxed ways supported by an industrial grade column to reduce vibration, a massive industrial gear box, industrial grade hydraulics, and a solid cast iron base coupled to a heavy duty hydraulic vise system. No other semi-automatic column cold saw line comes close considering the return on investment.
We offer three versions that share different capacities and options. Each machine has semi-automatic features that hydraulically clamp the material, engage the saw blade and coolant system, hydraulically feeds the blade through the material, returns after the cut is complete, shuts off the blade and opens the vise for the next piece to be cut. Each semi-automatic column coldsaw can miter 45 degrees left or right.
We offer machines that come standard with four speeds as well as models that come with Yaskawa® inverter drives with variable speed. Our column cold saw line comes in different sizes with different capacities to specifically fit your specifications and budget. Each machine comes standard with foot pedal controls, a metered stop rod for repeatability, manual central lube, and a tool box filled with things for maintenance and changeovers.
