Baileigh’s AS-400M abrasive cut off saw is the perfect complement to any fabrication or weld shop that needs to cut tubing and pipe, channel, angle iron, solids and much more. This abrasive chop saw can be base or bench mounted which is perfect for those shops that don’t have a lot of available floor space. Requiring only 220 volts or single phase power makes it able to run in any shop, or out on any job site.
The base, vise, and pivoting cutting head of this 16” abrasive cut off saw are constructed of heavy cast iron for rigidity, which takes away a lot of vibration and reduces noise levels while cutting at maximum capacity. A powerful 3 hp motor turns the large 16” abrasive disc up to 2242 rpm, giving it enough power to cut at full capacity with confidence.
