Ring Roller Machines
Baileigh offers an extensive ring roller line with seven different models in stock. We offer manual ring roll machines for the artistic or educational customers who don’t have heavy capacity requirements. We also offer electric benders that have variable speed drives and manual adjustments to the top single pinch roll.
Besides our manual pyramid roll bender we offer three models that have hydraulic positioning with DRO (digital readouts). This type of machine saves a lot of time when bending angle iron, tubing, pipe, or sections. Our final grouping of angle roller is our double pinch machines. These are the perfect ring roller for larger segments and it eliminates turning the section around for post bending which saves a lot of time and money.
Sheet Metal Rolls
We have nice slip roller assortment of quality made machines from 24 inches up to 50 inches. Our sheet metal roll line has a capacity up to 16 gauge mild steel. These machines come in manual versions for the small shop at affordable prices. Our top of the line slip roller is a 50 inch wide machine that is powered by a hefty motor to gearbox combination. Baileigh simply offers the sheet metal fabricator high quality machines at affordable prices.
We offer a great line of slightly heavier gauge electric sheet metal rolls with widths of 4 foot, up to 6 foot with capacities from 14 to 11 gauge machines. These plate rolls are for the light duty fabricator who simple needs to bend heavier than a slip roll will do. These machines have powerful gearbox and motor combinations and are considered single pinch machines with powered back roll assist that are coupled to DRO’s.
Hydraulically Driven Single Pinch and Double Pinch Plate Rolls
For heavier applications we offer several hydraulically driven single pinch and double pinch plate rolls. This line up comes in various lengths with single position or double position DRO’s for repeatable bending every time. This heavier plate roll line consists of machines with capacities from 13 to 3 gauge mild steel. We offer our metal rolls up to 10 foot in length with a capacity of ¼ inch. These are the perfect machines for rolling metal tanks.
Combination Shear, Brake and Roll
Finally we have a great combination 3-in-1, shear brake roll line up. These machines come in various widths and capacities and are perfect for the hobbyist or small fabricator with small runs. Our shear brake and roll machines have a built in press brake, slip roll and metal shear, thus earning the name of a combination 3-in-1 sheet metal machine.
