Baileigh's tubing notcher lines offer the fabricator perfect notches every time. Built of all steel construction and designed with simplicity of operation these machines will offer decades of profitable service. To find out which machine is the perfect fit for your application, please read on.

Our pipe notcher line consists of a patented end mill notching machine and an abrasive style machine. The TN-800 uses one end mill to notch the end of tube and pipe up to 3" OD without any additional tooling. This is achieved via a unique design that allows the fabricator to adjust and alter the eccentric path that the end mill goes through when coping or fish mouthing the ends at angles up to 70 degrees. The big pay back for this design is that your shop will save thousands of dollars a year over other end mill designs where you need specific end mills for each different OD. The TN-800 weighs in at an impressive 500 lbs of all steel construction, noting that the main frame is built from one cast piece of ductile iron that reduces vibration when coping heavy schedules of pipe. This decreases cutting time and increases cutter life. The TN-900 is a 6" wide abrasive style notching machine that requires different spindles for each different OD of tubing and pipe. The TN-900 can notch tube on one end of the machine and by activating the reverse switch and going to the opposite end of the machine, it acts as a general abrasive grinder that is perfect for any shop. So, the fabricator really gets two machines in one. Both of the models use a quick releasing, self centering vise that can be moved to a different angle in merely seconds, and feature an offset adjustment when required.
