 Due to customer demand for this style of horizontal band saw we have vastly improved on an old design that has been on the market for almost two decades. After months of pain staking design work, we gave the ok to production to start producing this heavy duty metal cutting band saw. The BS-20 band saw weighs in at an impressive weight of 1800 lbs, being fabricated of all steel construction. The heavy cast iron saw head boosts two cast 16" drive wheels allowing for an accurate transfer of power from the industrial grade gear box, increasing blade life and allowing for straight cuts every time. This mitering band saw can miter up to 60 degrees and can cut metal up to 13" in diameter, and 13" x 18" rectangles. The BS-20 is the perfect metal saw for cutting aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, steel, stainless steel, chromoly and much more.
