Baileigh’s NC mandrel pipe bender line consists of six different models that are perfect for the marine, auto aftermarket, aviation, general fabrication and other industries where small to medium production runs are required. They use a simple NC (numerically controlled) programmer that can store quite a few programs with up to 10 bends per program.
A NC mandrel bender controls the extraction table, all clamp dies, and the bending dies position per bend. Moving the tubing or pipe down the table and into a different plane is done by the operator using set stops and a rotary positioning devise. NC mandrel pipe benders are very easy to use and program, and are offered at a great value.
The MB-350 mandrel exhaust bender comes with a touch screen control that houses 144 programs with up to 10 bends per program. This mandrel pipe bender is perfect for exhaust, headers, turbo, and air intakes for smaller auto aftermarket manufacturers. It easily bends up to 3” stainless steel X .065” wall thickness to 1-1/2 times the OD.
The MB-MDH mandrel pipe benders can bend up 3-1/2” stainless steel X .065” wall thickness to 1 times the outside diameter. Finally the MB-CH series uses heavy boosters to remarkably attain bends down to ½ times the OD.
