CNC Mandrel Tube Bender Machine

The MB-80 CNC mandrel tube bender is a fully automatic machine that has a 3” OD X 1/8” wall capacity in mild steel and a 3” OD X .059” wall capacity in stainless steel. This bending machine is constructed of heavy plate steel that is electro-welded for further rigidity that eliminates any machine flex while bending at full capacity. Baileigh CNC mandrel tube benders can bend down to 1 X OD, but can be coupled with a powerful booster system that allows the fabricator to bend down to a remarkable 1/2 X OD.

The touch screen operation panel is easy to understand and can hold an unlimited amounts of programs with up to ten bends per program. Thus, if you have to pull up a program you haven’t bent in a while, it will be accessible in seconds. This mandrel tube bender comes standard with 3 axis controls but can be equipped up to 8 axis if required. All crucial positions are encoder controlled which allows this mandrel tube bender to bend to 1/10th of a degree of accuracy.
