The BM-170 CNC mandrel tubing bender has a huge 6-5/8th OD capacity in mild steel and 6.3” OD capacity in stainless steel. This large capacity allows it to be the perfect candidate for bending products in the following industries: marine, paper making, semi exhaust, refinery and much more. Like all Baileigh CNC mandrel tubing benders, this one comes standard with 3 bending axis but can be equipped with up to 8 axis if need be.

This mandrel tubing bender has a very rigidly built framework that is made of thick and heavy steel plate that is electro welded together allowing for no flex at the bending head while bending at full capacity. This type of attention to detail allows for accurate bends to 1/10th of a degree. The optional booster allows bends to be as tight as ½ X the outside diameter.

Our CNC mandrel tubing benders are fully automatic and can be accessorized with roll bending, cutting and punching stations as well. Our CNC machines are controlled through a simple to use operator touch screen panel that allows for 3-D modeling. Our controller can hold an unlimited amount of bend programs to assist with changeovers. All crucial areas use encoder to computer controller positioning for accuracy.
