Baileigh has a full array of CNC (computer numerical controlled) mandrel benders that come standard with three axis with the ability to add up to eight axis as options. We offer models with capacities from 1” up to 8-1/2” OD. Our CNC mandrel tubing bender line is one of the most versatile and productive lines on the market today.
Our CNC mandrel tube bender line consists of heavy and robust electro welded steel plate as the foundation to these well designed machines. By over engineering the framework on these mandrel benders we are assured extremely tight bends due to the lack of machine flex. With our most powerful boosters some of these models can be fitted to bend as tight as an incredible 1/2 X OD. Now that is an extremely tight bend!

Using only the best components allows for serious production with fantastic accuracy that is deemed necessary with many bend applications. The operator touch screen on our mandrel tube bender line is easy to use and can store hundreds of different bend applications. 3-D modeling can be visualized using the operator touch screen, from the first bend to completion of the part. Several options can be added to our CNC mandrel benders, like an electrical plane of bend positioner that works in conjunction with the CNC programmer; multiple stacks of bending dies; and roll bending options as well.
