Baileigh’s PL-2080 metal lathe has an ample 20” swing over bed with 80” between centers. A powerful 15HP motor is coupled to a precision gear head system that allows for many gear combinations for speeds from 20 to 1550 RPM.
Like all Baileigh metal lathes this one comes standard with a Mitutoyo® 2 Axis Digital Readout System, 12" 3-Jaw Universal Chuck, 10" Back Plate, Coolant System, Steady Rest, Follow Rest, Headstock Chuck Guard with Micro switch, Micrometer Saddle Stop, Longitudinal Rapid Traverse, Rear Splash Guard, and Halogen Work Light. This means that there are no options to add, we have them all included which means they were all properly factory installed further instilling a quality finished machine.
