BB-4816 Box & Pan Brake

The BB-4816 Box and Pan Brake can accept 48" wide sheets of mild steel with thickness of up to 16 gauge across the entire width of its apron. The quality construction of this sheet metal bender includes a heavy counter weight to assist with lifting the apron even when bending at full capacity. The BB-4816 metal brake can bend with no deflection because the heavy duty truss rod system is further supported by an all steel frame that is electro welded and the bending fingers are hardened, which creates straight edges on the tightest of bends. This finger brake has five 2", six 3" and five 4" fingers allowing the operator to configure for most box and pan layouts. The BB-4816's fingers can be configured to bend up to a 6" deep box or can act as a straight sheet metal brake when all the fingers are in place. and can handle up to 16GA mild steel.
