This looks like a nice blog page, I especially enjoyed the article Roll Bending for the Masses dated 11.24.2008. When is the next artilcle coming out as I found this one very informative?

We are looking to start a 4×4 shop and have been looking at tube benders. What else would we need?

Mark every fab shop needs an ironworker. They can shear plate, angel iron, solids, notch tube and pipe, punch holes, all in a matter of seconds. Even if simple bending is needed on the flat stock an Ironworker can do it. Last but not least, i would purchase a good cold saw or band saw with mitering capabilities.

Do you have any used or demo roll benders?

My brother wants a tube bender for Christmas. My dad and I are going to split it. What bender would be good for his jeep?

I personally bought an RDB-125. Charging my buddies for bends on their rock crawlers & mud runners helped me pay off my bender. Its compact easy to use and has plenty power

Thanks Jimbo!
It’s good to hear from some happy customers. Sounds like you are putting your bender to good use. Send us some pictures of your rig and maybe we will put it up on our website.

Thanks for the interest Tammy,
The RDB-125 is a very popular bender with the off road crowd. It’s perfect for bending up a roll cage for his Jeep. Happy Holidays!

Mark,
Starting up a 4×4 shop huh? To get started I would recommend a tube bender, tube notcher and bend Tech Software. These 3 items will get your business up and running. Good Luck!

RDB-250…Nice machine…love the simplilicity of the controls and quality workmanship (even made in USA)… Our new machine is a terrific upgrade to compliment our machine shops ability to custom fabricate high pressure hydraulic tubing assemblies (or whatever comes along the way in the form of odd welding jobs)

Peter no problem, give us a call let us know the voltage requirements and material OD & wall thickness. Since our MFG is right here in Wisconsin and makes their own custom tooling, we have no problems getting you what you need. As we are world wide in sales, Australia is not to far for Baileigh.
For shipping just let us know if you would like to work with our UK branch or you may have a freight forwarder here in the USA. Either way we can help you out.

We recently started a sign shop and then we needed a cold saw. I looked for over a month, E-bay, K-bid, and other auction sites. After all this time wasted I called Shane at Baileigh Industrial, and within a week I got my saw and it performs perfectly. And it was less expensive than the other USED saws I was finding. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much.
