Sheet Metal Brake - HB-15722

The HB-15722 is a very large sheet metal brake considering it can accept sheet metal up to 13’ long. It has a 22 gauge mild steel and 26 gauge mild steel capacity. This is the perfect straight brake for a production HVAC shop that installs a lot of duct work. Being so long it will save the shop owner tons of extra work and make each job more profitable.
This sheet metal brake has a heavy duty frame work that is supported by very large support trusses. The main machine is made primarily of electro welded steel plate. The beam gap adjustments for different materials and thicknesses can be adjusted by separate hand wheels. Like all Baileigh sheet metal brakes this one has movable counter weights to assist lifting the apron.
The bend die on the top beam is induction hardened so it provided crisp bend angle for years of service. This metal bending brake comes standard with a degree dial with indicator and a heavy stop rod system for repeatable bend angles each time.
