Baileigh’s single pinch plate roll line consists of eight different models ranging in web widths from 4’ to 10’ and material thicknesses from .090” to .250” (based on mild steel T.S. of 64,000 PSI). Each machine is a single pinch plate bending roll making it the perfect machine for various rolling applications in sheet metal and metal plate, such as tank fabrication and much more.
Baileigh’s plate roller line comes in two versions, an electric 2-driven roll version with electronic back roll or a hydraulic version with 3-driven rolls and a hydraulic back roll. Note: Both versions come with DRO readouts for positioning of the rollers to create repeatable bending applications for small to higher production runs. Each plate bending roll can be adapted with an optional coning attachment that can be set up quickly for funnel or exhaust applications.
Safety parameter barriers, foot pedal controls, DRO (digital read out positioning devices), hardened rolls and much more are standard features. Some of our plate roll machines come standard with wire grooves for sheet metal applications.
