Baileigh’s heavy-duty sheet metal brake line consists of nine models ranging in widths from 4’ up to 13’.  Capacities range from 20 gauge down to 12 gauge mild steel.  These models are constructed to offer years of production for any sheet metal fabricator.  Heavy duty construction is evident when looking at the electro welded frames made from steel plate.  The support truss system is also very beefy depending on the model of box and pan brake you’re looking.

Our finger brake line allows the operator to easily alter the position of the fingers to make different styles and sizes of boxes and pans.  To remove a finger takes only a second.  Heavy counter weights are used to assist lifting the apron, this gives the operator a break when their bending at the full beam width at full capacity.

A heavy duty metal bending brake comes standard with a sturdy floor stand, adjustable stop rods for repeatable bend angles, hardened fingers, and removable angle supports.  Some of the models come with angle degree indicators.
