Baileigh double pinch angle roll benders come in three different sizes from 3” up to 5.5” Schedule 40 Pipe. Each model is built to the highest standards in the industry and is perfect for roll bending pipe, tubing, angle iron, flat bar and solid stock.
Double pinch angle roll benders have the advantage of pre-bending and post-bending the stock without having to take the material out of the machine. The double pinch design has a fixed top roll and two independent bottom rolls that move up and down. The bottom rolls are on their own programmable DRO (digital readouts) that allow for control of the bottom roll positions in both directions (up and down). A double pinch roll bender simply increases production when compared to a single pinch machine. The drawback is the extra investment up front, but the positive is the ROI (return on investment) over the life of the machine.
Metal Ring Roller - R-H85
The R-H85 metal ring roller has a 3” Schedule 40 pipe and 3-3/8” angle iron (.250” thickness) capacity. This machine has a powerful electric direct drive system that powers all three rolls. Hydraulic motors power the two bottom roll positions that are tied to an encoder that displays each rolls position on the programmable DRO’s. Foot pedal controls are used for running the machine in either direction. The control console houses the DRO’s, operation and safety switches. This machine can be operated in the horizontal or vertical positions.
Angle Roll Benders - R-H120 and R-H150
The R-H120 and R-H150 angle roll benders have three hydraulic driven rolls as well has hydraulic positioning of the bottom rolls. Positioning of the guide rolls and integrated angle correcting tools are done hydraulically. Programmable positioning of the two bottom rolls is standard. Each machine requires 220 volts of three phase power. The R-H120 metal ring roller has a 4-1/2” Schedule 40 pipe and 4” angle iron (.393” thickness) capacity. The R-H150 ring roll bender has a 5-1/2” Schedule 40 pipe and 4-3/4” angle iron (.500” thickness) capacity.
