Box and Pan Brake (Finger Brake)
Box and Pan Brakes
Baileigh Industrial has an extensive box and pan brake line that consists of entry level, heavy duty and foot clamping style machines. A box brake has individual fingers that can be removed or moved to aid with creating sheet metal boxes and pans.
Finger Brake
A box and pan brake is also commonly known as a finger brake. With all the fingers attached the machine can be used for HVAC ducting and other long run projects. The typical sheet metal fabricator would find a lot of uses with these types of machines for the fabrication of race cars, custom tanks, flashing and much more.
Sheet Metal Brakes
A Baileigh sheet metal brake is built for decades of service and is constructed of thick steel plate and has an electro welded frame. Where needed, heavy duty truss systems are in place to reduce flexing so you get crisp creases even when bending at maximum capacity. Each finger brake comes standard with an adjustable stop rod for repeatable bend angles every time.
Each sheet metal brake has some form of apron lift assist. Some models have adjustable heavy duty counter weights to assist with lifting the apron. This is very important when bending at maximum capacity. Our European style bending brake has a foot activated clamping system with a spring apron lift assist.
Baileigh Industrial has one of the most extensive bending brake lines in the industry so we’re sure to have a machine to fit your sheet metal bender needs. We typically have these machines in stock for shipments within 72 hours or less.
