Finger Brake
The BB-15720 box and pan brake has an ample 13’ width that makes is perfect for setting up various bend stations that drastically increases production speed. The ample width also allows creasing on entire sheets of material, perfect for HVAC duct runs. This sheet metal machine comes standard with 33 hardened fingers in varying sizes. Moving these fingers into different configurations takes only seconds.
The bottom leaf and upper apron are further strengthened by heavy duty truss rods to reduce any deflection when bending on this finger brake at full capacity. This ensures a nice crisp crease even in the middle of the machine. This is a heavy duty box and pan brake that is made from heavy plate steel that is electro welded together. Heavy counter weights assist the bending process.
To get closer bends the bottom angle iron bend plate can be removed. This finger brake has a simple hand wheel adjustment for material and gauge changes. An angle degree readout is perfect for those one off parts. Like all Baileigh sheet metal brakes this one comes with a stop rod system for repeatability on those larger production runs.
