Box and Pan Brake
Like all Baileigh sheet metal brakes the BB-12016 box and pan brake is heavily built with massive electro welded plate steel frames with mammoth trusses on the apron and the beam allowing for tight bends even in the middle of the beam when bending at full capacity. This bend brake has heavy counter weights that assist lifting the apron which gives the operator a bit of a break when bending at full capacity.
This finger brake comes with 26 removable fingers that allow the operator to build almost any tank, pan or box required. Like most Baileigh sheet metal brakes, it has as standard induction hardened fingers, a solid stop rod for bend angle repeatability, and an angle degree dial. The angle support beam attached to the apron is removable so it allows the operator to get very tight between bends.
